The south side of Guernsey has extensive granite cliffs, with some beaches and a lot of boulders around the bottom. This painting explores the energy and colours of waves from the sea coming to crash against the boulders at the bottom of Guernsey cliffs. It is a great joy just to watch, to sink into the rhythm of natural life.
